If you are renting out your home/townhome please provide the requested information below:
- A PDF copy of the lease.
- Tenant's contact information - Including Phone # and Email Address.
- If your HOA has a Lease Addendum it can be added with the lease.
As the homeowner, I agree to provide all HOA governing documents to the tenant(s). This includes all rules and regulations, Declarations Convenance Conditions and Restrictions (DCCR). At the time the lease is entered in to, owner has explained to the tenant that the residential dwelling is located inside of a homeowner’s association and as a result the DCCR document and rules and regulations must be adhered to. Your community's documents can be found here: https://www.sregtn.com/my-hoa-documents. Simply scroll down and click on your community’s name. You will see all the documents there. They can be downloaded or printed out.
Please note - homeowners are responsible for their tenants. The HOA only works through the homeowner of the property. Tenants may receive communication regarding violations, HOA work at the home and certain community wide email blasts. If a compliance letter is sent, it will go out via email and mail, to the homeowner and tenant.
If you have a Property Manager or Property Management company that will be managing the property and you wish for them to be able to have access to your account, please contact The Synergy Office and provide their name, email and phone number. We cannot give them access to your account without your permission first. Thank you.
